Tourism & Recreation

The tourism and leisure experience of the Pro Vision team of
Town Planning Consultants, Urban Designers and Architects covers
a range of land uses and forms of development.

In parallel with other rural diversification work we have successfully
managed proposals for new golf courses, fisheries, lakes and sports
pitches. In each, matters of landscape, access, hydrology and other
countryside policies were addressed.

Proposals for tourist accommodation such as self catering cottages
or lodges through to hostels and large hotels have been handled by
our planners and designers.

We also advise major tourist attractions in both urban and rural
locations. Work undertaken includes building inventories,
masterplans, green travel plans and planning applications for
various forms of visitor related development.
