The Litzo Building,
Boscombe
The
Litzo building is to be a three storey new build development
on Boscombe cliff tops. It will comprise of fourteen luxury
flats.
The building will have a white render finish
and multiple curved roof sections with distinct chimney
hoods and waveform balconies. The design responds to the
client`s brief for a dramatic building to suit the location.
The
third floor luxury apartments have a mezzanine level in
a double height space. The floor to ceiling windows give
fantastic views of the surrounding area and the Poole
Bay coast line. The private roof terraces further enhance
the living spaces adding to the ocean views.
Services that have been provided range from
obtaining the planning approval through to detailed design
and specification work.
Work
on site is complete. Further phases of the same development
are underway.
